4th of July Articles / Poetry Posted by BlackMoonWhiteSky on Nov 25, 2009 - 12:30 AM The 4th of July I feel excitement, My friends gather close, We’re huddled on our blanket, Staring up at the sky, Night time has fallen, The stars shimmer bright, We hold our breaths as the fuses alight, And up they go, In a glowing flash, Thunder and crackles, Everything is awash, In colors so bright, We laugh with glee, Oh, What a sight to see, Those fireworks on that 4th of July.
