Druidawn Summer 2026 Online Workshop Schedule

​These ONLINE workshops will be hosted in Zoom and will include several breaks so kids can get up and run around in between activities. Students can arrive up to 60 minutes late if the workshops are too long for them. Also, age requirements are flexible, especially in the case of siblings who want to be together.

​

Minimum 4 students, maximum 12 students per session. Morning and afternoon groups might be merged if we don’t get at least 4 sign-ups per workshop.​

​

You can get a full refund of your payment if it turns out you need to cancel your workshop reservation by May 1st, 2024.  After May 1st, half refunds will be issued up until a week before your workshop begins.  After that point, there are no refunds for cancellations or missed workshop days.

DRAGONS AND MYSTIC CREATURES

Write and read stories and create works of art involving dragons and other mystical creatures. Design new mystic creatures to add to the world of Druidawn. Play a Druidawn quest where you try to befriend as many mystic creatures as possible. Includes all of our students' favorite activities like Auction, Speculation, and unique rewards.

2) June 22-26, 12:30-3:00 Mountain Time, Ages 12+      COST: 175.00

5) July 6-10, 9:30-12:00 Mountain Time - Ages 7-11       COST: 175.00

DRUIDAWN HIGH SEAS ADVENTURE

Great for new students and established students alike! Write and read stories about pirates, sea monsters, merfolk and other wonders of the deep.  Have a chance to create your own island to add to the world of Druidawn! Includes all of our students' favorite activities like Auction, Speculation, and unique rewards.

6) July 6-10, 12:30-3:00 Mountain Time - Ages 10+      COST 175.00

ACTION AND THRILLS

A week of action and suspense where we practice writing suspenseful stories, play a mini-quest set in a spooky setting, and learn the tricks of writing good action scenes.​ Great for kids who write independently and want to improve their techniques.

9) July 20-23 SPECIAL IN-PERSON 4-DAY SESSION!       

YOUNG ADULT WRITERS (Ages 14+ or highly mature 13) Must apply via email to be accepted into this exclusive camp.

Location: Westminster Colorado

Cost: $300.00 (scholarship discounts may be available to those who qualify)

Time: 9:30am-3:30pm Mountain Time

Space is extremely limited in this camp! Upper limit is 10 students. Minimum is 6. Refunds will be given if we don't get at least 6 students signed up by June 1st. 

Includes writing time, sharing and critique, deep discussions and debate, writing lectures, recess and lunch at the park, and Druidawn gaming. Students must bring their own lunches and snacks. 10) July 27-31, 9:30-12:00 Mountain Time - Ages 7-11      COST: 175.00

THE WORLD OF DRUIDAWN

Great for new students as well as established ones! Write and read stories created by your peers, design new weapons, creatures and places to add to the world of Druidawn, and learn how to expand your story-telling skills with details such as character development, setting description, plot development and more. Of course this week includes the favorite activities of Auction, Speculation and unique rewards.

 

11) July 27-31, 12:30-3:00 Mountain Time - Ages 10+       COST: 175.00   

SPECTRA PRIME

A science-fiction based workshop where we design alien races, spaceships, high-tech weapons, practice gaming on an alien world, and work together on developing the game rules for this new science fiction version of Druidawn called Spectra Prime.
